A Domained Value Element (operation) that Identifies a Roadway as a One-Way or Two-Way Operation, Bridge, Tunnel or Causeway.
:
Operation (Operation) – This value identifies one-way or two-way operation. A roadway is considered one-way if there is no opposite direction travel directly associated with the roadway segment. All geometric values for one-way operation are to be coded in the primary direction, and do not include median information. A roadway is considered two-way if there are two directions of travel associated with the roadway segment. Two-way operations include a primary and secondary direction of travel that may or may not be separated by a median.
