Medain Types 13 and over with at least 3 ft of width produce a divided condition. IsDivided (Is Roadway Divided) – This value identifies whether the primary and secondary direction of travel is separated by a median, including constructed and painted medians. A constructed median represents a physical change in the roadway cross section separating opposing through lanes, such as a raised-curb or depressed median. Painted medians are typically identified by two pairs of double-yellow lines between the primary and secondary through lanes. Both constructed and painted medians may include left-turn lanes, which still provide a separation between the primary and secondary through lanes.
